About Allben

Allben is a fast-growing business area within Söderberg & Partners. We are developing a market-leading HR platform that engages and communicates with our clients' employees.

Our SaaS platform:

• Is used by hundreds of thousands of users
• Handles billions in transaction volume
• Is Sweden's largest marketplace for wellness and benefits
• Is now expanding to several new countries

We help users with everything from utilizing their wellness allowance in our marketplace to understanding their compensation during parental leave, for example. Our clients range from private companies to municipalities, county councils, and state agencies.

Our tech stack

We are building new with modern technologies:

• .NET 10 & C#
• Microservice and event-driven architecture
• Azure SQL
• Azure Service Bus with MassTransit
• Microsoft Azure (full cloud platform)
• React & TypeScript (frontend)

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 5 years of experience in similar environments
• Is very strong in .NET and C#
• Has solid experience with microservices and event-driven architecture
• Has a strong drive and solves problems independently
• Stays updated on modern system development

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with React
• Experience with TypeScript
